All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, you will be able to see this total before confirming your order. You will also be able to see time frames for shipping depending on the method you choose. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

General Shipping Time Frames:

  • Canada (3-5 business days)
  • USA (5-9 business days)
  • International (varies by each country)
  • Please note orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please verify your shipping information is correct during checkout.

    Duties and taxes upon entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. We are note responsible for any of these fees.



    There are no returns or exchanges accepted. All sales are final.



    Occasionally, packages can become damaged in transit. We try our best to avoid this by packaging up everything carefully, but we unfortunately lose control of packages as soon as they leave us in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please save the merchandise and contact us at with the following information:

    • your order number
    • an image of the damaged product

    We will do our best to replace the damaged product in a timely manner.



    Please refer to the tracking number that was sent to you via email after your order was shipped. This tracking number will provide you with the most up to date information on the status of your order.

    If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us at with your order number.
